Pharmacy market: online resumes growth in value and volume with sharp growth in the veterinary products basket
In the twelfth week of 2023, March 20-26, pharmacy e-commerce returned to growth after a slight setback between the ninth and tenth, although in the annual comparison with 2022, the trend remains positive only in values.
This is the indication that comes from the report with which Iqvia updates to the penultimate week of March numbers and percentages of the online pharmacy and parapharmacy market: in almost three months, turnover exceeds 176 million euros, +5% in values over the same period last year, the packages sold instead reach 16 million defining -1.8% in volumes.
