Gruppo FarmaImpresa Annuncia la Registrazione del Sito Produttivo presso il Ministero della Salute UAE in Conformità all’Articolo 65 della Legge Federale N. 3 del 1984
Since 2021, Gruppo FarmaImpresa has successfully completed the registration of its production site with the Ministry of Health in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), in compliance with Article 65 of Federal Law No. 3 of 1984.
The activities for which we are registered include:
- Production of dosage forms
- Packaging and labeling
- Storage and handling
- Laboratory testing
- Batch release (certification)
- Secondary packaging
- Production/treatment of starting materials
- Assembly
The registration of the production site is a crucial step to ensure that all operations align with both local and international regulations. Article 65 underscores the importance for pharmaceutical companies operating in the UAE to register their production sites to guarantee the quality and safety of medicines entering the market.
